21+ Only: jiligm8 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at jiligm8's sole discretion. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jiligm8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or termination.
To access the full features of the jiligm8 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the jiligm8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jiligm8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jiligm8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
jiligm8 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
jiligm8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiligm8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your jiligm8 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jiligm8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and compliance with these Terms. jiligm8 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within an average of 15 minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya). Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. jiligm8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. jiligm8 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
Anti-Money Laundering: jiligm8 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. jiligm8 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jiligm8.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiligm8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
jiligm8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiligm8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

jiligm8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jiligm8 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
You may close your jiligm8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jiligm8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiligm8 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jiligm8 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.2.
